★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is extremely slow. Everytime we sit, at least 10-15mins have to pass in order for waitress to approach us. Centrale has the best place in the city though, right in front of the clock tower, hence the name

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went at 21:00 to Centrale Cafe, firstly was waiting 25 minutes for waiter, hm okay. After 25 minutes one of the waiters brought napkins and bread and quickly left, after we sat for 20 minutes, no one approached us to take the order, I went inside to make my order myself. We took standard burger, it was only meet and onion inside, no cheese and so on.
The cutlet was uncooked!!! Today I decided to give this cafe another opportunity to change my opinion, I went there in the morning with my Italian friend. I took latte macchiato and brioche and paid 5 euro on the cassa, I was speaking in English when paid!!!! My Italian friend took latte macchiato and 2 biscotti and paid 2,5 euro. Hmmmm , very strange place for international students!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for my order whole morning. They showed me it’s ready and then startes to postepone the delivery until 15:00. Then they just telled me that they are not delivering after 14:00, but I ordered my order in the morning!!!!!! Disgusting!!
