★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se lo spaccio era chiuso ho potuto comprare del pecorino "sardo" nel Montefeltro.
Nel venire via, causa neve, non riuscivo a risalire la strada; mi hanno molto cortesemente aiutato.
 Even though the shop was closed, I was able to buy some "Sardinian" pecorino in the Montefeltro.
In coming away, due to snow, I could not go up the road; they very kindly helped me.

Through the Ennio Ottaviani winery we tried the Cau & Spada cheeses. It is an excellence of cheeses. We have been there and we have tried the ricotta. Fantastic, those flavors that I have not tried for a long time. Now I do not change, since it ships as well.

Spesso e volentieri passo per comprare una forma intera che puntualmente mi faccio dividere in sacchetti sottovuoto. Sono squisiti i formaggi. In mezzo alle colline... Un sogno!
Great experience to be able to enter a farm and buy zero KM cheese. The products of this company are wonderful. Often and willingly I go to buy a whole wheel that I promptly divide into vacuum bags. The cheeses are delicious. In the middle of the hills ... A dream!
