La data del 1623 riportata sulla porta centrale del tempio rivela solo la difficoltà a reperire fondi per il suo completamento.
Molto sentita è la devozione popolare per il S. S. Crocifisso, di cui si conserva gelosamente una miracolosa statua lignea del 1706, opera dello scultore Giacomo Colombo.
The Church of San Michele Arcangelo was built in its current wall structure already in the mid-sixteenth century.
The date of 1623 reported on the central door of the temple reveals only the difficulty in finding funds for its completion.
Very popular is the popular devotion to the S. S. Crocifisso, of which a miraculous 1706 wooden statue by the sculptor Giacomo Colombo is jealously preserved.
