Collaboro con l'agenzia "Casabianca Immobili & Consulenze" da tanti anni. In loro ho trovato i partners ideali per cooperare in trasparenza.
Stimo poi tantissimo ed in particolar modo il titolare dell'agenzia, Alessandro. E' una persona speciale. Soprattutto perché ha il coraggio di mettere a disposizione dei suoi clienti, oltre l'esperienza, una grande sensibilità.

Mai più sentiti se non quando ho telefonato in agenzia e un'altra agente mi dice "l'appartamento è stato affittato "...professionalità pari a 0, cura del cliente assente.
Risposta: la sua agente non ha mai mediato tra me e la proprietà tant'è che fu in un'unica telefonata che io provai a ribassare e l'agente a dirmi "la proprietà non vuole". È informato male. Prima di chiamare in ufficio ho inviato tre mail alla signora Chiara. Per il resto ho le mail, se vuole le metto gli screenshot così la finisce di dire inesattezze e di difendere l'indifendibile. Tanti saluti.

Ho provato a contattare l'agenzia mi è stato detto che probabilmente era perché non avevano appartamenti in vendita da propormi. In tutta Bologna e dintorni non ci sono appartamenti in vendita? Mi sembra proprio strano.
Mi spiace moltissimo, capisco il periodo difficile ma la mia esperienza è stata deludente, considerando le recensioni super positive ci sono rimasta veramente male.
Le preciso che non ha mai chiarito più volte, non avendo mai avuto risposta ai messaggi come verificabile dalla chat di WhatsApp. Un caro saluto a lei.
