★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa per ferie gestirà dall'Unitalsi Lombarda e in particolare dalla sottosezione di Monza. Non è un hotel ... Nel senso che la maggior parte delle stanze sono a tre o quattro letti e bagno è in comune con le doccie sul piano. Solo alcune camere al terzo piano hanno il bagno privato e sono chiaramente utilizzabili tutto l'anno. Come si può capire è una struttura da autogestire... C'è chi fa da mangiare, chi si occupa della lavanderia e stireria... Ma non esiste il classico servizio di un albergo... È una struttura pensata per ospitare principalmente amici diversamente abili accompagnati da volontari o familiari... Il clima di amicizia che regna fa dimenticare il fatto di non avere il bagno in camera o di non avere il letto rifatto o cambiato regolarmente... Questa gestione permette di abbassare notevolmente le quote di partecipazione favorendo appunto chi partecipa alla vacanza... Struttura comunque utilizzabile da gruppi per incontri,ritiri o convegni in genere... Ci sono sale attrezzate in questo senso e anche una piccola cappella...
