S	Samantha Zuccolotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo nessuna qualità oltr il prezzo ma ora capisco come mai già due inquilini sono scappati via in giro di tre mesi la cosa in condizioni orribili a guardarla era carina ma poi dentro tutto rotto scarichi intasati chiedi all'agenzia come mai non è stato detto subito e non rispondo al telefono perché alcune cose si possono vedere se ci vivi ma sopratutto se affitti una casa agenzia e proprietaria non hanno fatto i dovuti controlli per affittare questa casa sicuramente cercheremo altro perché spendere tutti questi soldi per una casa in affitto non è possibile più di 3000 euro in più i lavoro li in casa disgustata è senza parole non consiglio questa agenzia nemmeno al mio peggior nemico ne al mio più caro amico. Fate attenzione che se possono vi fregano per fortuna ho un avvocato che mi ha consigliato cosa fare dunque forse dopo questa recensione spero per loro che cambieranno il modo di lavorare davvero arrabbiata e dispiaciuta.. Non è la mia prima recensione e questa è la peggiore che ho fatto fino ad ora ho trovato cose buone ma questa per niente... Prima di merlttervi in mano loro assicuratevi che la casa sia in Co dizioni da affittare se no non fidatevi... Ho foto e video questi sono le meno che posso farvi vedere non ho voluto esagerare con foto e video ma le prove le ho... Su contratto scritto che la casa è in ottime condizioni invece se guardate solo due foto vi fate qualche idea.. Con questo ho concluso.. Zero disponibilità dal ragazzo Gian mattia e la sua collega maleducata che manca di rispetto ad una persona che non sta bene solo perché le dice la verità in faccia la sig. Francesca casa non vivibile per un bambino di due anni senza parole... Poi un anno fa' ci siamo fidati ancora di loro per acquistare casa. Li sceglierei altre mille volte proprio per la professionalità e noi non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla, Grazie ragazzi, vi risceglierei altre ? volte! D	Denis Novelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo cambiare casa l'idea di affidarmi ad una agenzia non mi entusiasmava molto, visto le brutte esperienze precedenti, ma un'amica mi ha consigliato Casa Bovolone e devo dire che mai scelta fu più azzeccata.. intanto la simpatia e cordialità sia di Francesca che di Gian Mattia hanno saputo instaurare un buon rapporto ed una volta capite le mie esigenze mi hanno trovato degli acquirenti per il vecchio appartamento con una sola visita ma soprattutto mi hanno trovato la casa giusta, manco fosse su progetto nostro, per me e la mia famiglia. E non solo, ci hanno seguito passo a passo per tutte le procedure (preliminari, proposte, notai, cambio utenze ecc). Sono estremamente contento del trattamento professionale, empatico, cordiale e capillare ricevuto da questi ragazzi giovani ma motivati a soddisfare il cliente e, come già fatto, sicuramente la consiglio vivamente ad amici e conoscenti che si dovessero trovare ad affrontare l'annoso problema di cambiare o acquistare casa. Da subito mi sono trovato a mio agio, personale cortese e preparato....in poco tempo sono riusciti a vendere casa mia e farmi acquistare casa nuova più grande.... La consiglio!
