Denuncia dei redditi fatta con tre appuntamenti, perché mancava sempre qualcosa... una volta ci sono documenti a causa di nuove normative, e una volta manca un cud ( ci sta... colpa mia, se non ho portato tutti i documenti) ma altri anni li scaricavano direttamente loro. Cercare di contattare qualcuno tramite telefono?? Improbabile.. ti ritrovi spesso a parlare con un cyborg che smista le chiamate.... prendi appuntamento tramite il sito online... ma neppure questo va molto bene... Le persone sono gentili e disponibili , ma ultimamente c’è qualcosa che non va... Non si può pagare simile servizio 92€... ogni anno aumentano di 20€... Peccato... era comodo, e vicino casa, ma valuterò bene per l’anno prossimo dove andare...
