This is my wife's favorite bar ... it has become a must when we go to Portici we can't help but relax for a few hours sitting under the gazebo to enjoy the inevitable braid with Nutella and cappuccino with delicious cocoa ???

X me nn è normale parlo da Toscana che nn esiste fare colazione a un bar in un paesino e pagare se ti siedi!!!! We are in arcades and not in the center of Naples where it exists that if you sit at a table for breakfast they make you pay the cover ??? For me it is not normal I speak from Tuscany that there is no breakfast at a bar in a village and pay if you sit down !!!!

P	Patty Patty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unico punto a favore di questo bar è che è situato sul centralissimo viale Leonardo da vinci, strada ricca di negozi di ogni genere e prezzo. Il caffè è buono come lo può essere in ogni bar a Napoli. La pecca è la gestione e il personale. Gestito non bene perché non c'è una giusta guida e coordinazione verso i dipendenti che fanno tanta confusione tra di loro, ridendo, scherzando o parlando delle loro cose private, non avendo quindi la giusta cura per il cliente in attesa al banco. Per carità è bello sapere che dei colleghi di lavoro vanno d'accordo ma...... Il cliente non va trascurato. Ci sono tanti altri bar su questa strada e preferisco andare dove sono considerata. The only point in favor of this bar is that it is located on the very central Viale Leonardo da Vinci, a street full of shops of all kinds and prices. The coffee is as good as it can be in any bar in Naples. The flaw is the management and the staff. Not well managed because there is no proper guidance and coordination towards employees who make a lot of confusion among themselves, laughing, joking or talking about their private things, therefore not having the right care for the customer waiting at the counter. For heaven's sake it's nice to know that work colleagues get along well but ...... The customer should not be neglected. There are so many other bars on this street and I prefer to go where I am considered.
