Nelle confezioni ricevute c’erano circa il 50% di bustine solidificate.
Ho contattato il customer service facendo presente la cosa e rendendomi disponibile a fornire il prodotto solidificato per eventuali accertamenti, e chiedendo la sostituzione; ma mi è stato risposto picche. Soldi buttati a fronte di un errore di produzione o conservazione non dipeso da me.

In the received packages there were about 50% of solidified sachets.
I contacted the customer service, explaining this and making myself available to supply the solidified product for any investigations, and requesting replacement; but I was told spades. Money thrown in the face of a production or storage error not dependent on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'azienda 100% italiana che conosco per aver acquistato in farmacia alcuni integratori tra cui uno sciroppo tosse (Altea composta) buonissimo; un mucolitico senza N-acetil cisteina, visto che mia figlia è asmatica (nome Mucocure) e poi una super Propoli che è efficacissima sul mal di gola (e c'è anche una versione senza alcol per adulti o bambini)
A 100% Italian company that I know from having bought some supplements at the pharmacy including a very good cough syrup (Altea compote); a mucolytic without N-acetyl cysteine, since my daughter is asthmatic (name Mucocure) and then a super Propolis which is very effective on sore throats (and there is also an alcohol-free version for adults or children)
