★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo per prezzi e qualità. Magari in tempi di Covid 19 cercate di essere un po' più organizzati visto che li fanno tutti un po come gli pare rispettando o meno le regole visto che la vigilanza è a intermittenza.
Great for prices and quality. Maybe in times of Covid 19 try to be a little more organized since they all do them a bit as they like, respecting or not respecting the rules since supervision is intermittent.

They have the latest xs but they don't sell it to you because it has to fit on the mannequin. Crazy stuff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora chiariamo una cosa, se il cliente entra nel vostro negozio alle 19.40 quindi in orario di apertura NON esiste mettere fretta alle persone se si stanno provando gli abiti se sono le 20.01 e sto spendendo soldi nel Vostro negozio
Se volete essere puntuali e spaccare il secondo chiudete alle 19.50 così alle 20.00 tirate giù le saracinesche .
Ma se un cliente è in camerino e sta spedendo soldi NON esiste nemmeno educatamente chiedere di sbrigarsi sennò I Ranger fanno la multa.
Soprattutto se la Responsabile del negozio è convinta di avere ragione.
Se io nella mia attività mi comportarsi così chiuderei e andrei a fare l' elemosina.
Sig Bershka le consiglio di selezionare meglio il Suo personale!
So let's clarify one thing, if the customer enters your shop at 7.40 pm then during opening hours there is NO rushing people if they are trying on clothes if it is 20.01 and I am spending money in your shop
If you want to be punctual and break the second, close at 19.50 so at 20.00 pull down the shutters.
But if a customer is in the dressing room and is sending money there is NOT even a politely asking to hurry, otherwise the Rangers get a fine.
Especially if the shop manager is convinced that she is right.
If I behave like this in my business, I would quit and go begging.
Mr. Bershka, I recommend that you select your staff better!

Anzi devo dire che vado volentieri per gli acquisti dì mia figlia a Grosseto.
Molto professionali, sempre disponibili e cordiali banche in momenti della giornata pieni di clienti un buon 5 stelle sé lo merita il negozio ma soprattutto il personale!
What can I say I certainly have not found similar situations like the previous gentleman.
On the contrary, I must say that I gladly go to Grosseto for my daughter's purchases.
Very professional, always available and friendly banks at times of the day full of customers a good 5 stars if the shop deserves it but above all the staff!
