★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso dire poco sembravano persone serie che poi sono svaniti nel nulla al momento del preventivo peraltro sbagliato il primo e scomparsi quando ho richiesto modifiche ancora stó aspettando.... Sconsigliato
Richiesta di preventivo 27 novembre 2020,il 21 dicembre le scrivo per sollecitare il preventivo, il 22 dicembre mi presenta un preventivo con 8 finestre mancanti (preventivo non dettagliato) il giorno stesso le riscrivo misure e numero di finestre esatte ma fino al26 gennaio 2021 non si fa più vivo e lo fa solo dopo la mia recensione negativa, di cosa stiamo parlando le dovrei pure rispondere dopo che mi ha fatto solo perdere tempo? No grazie non sono più interessato. Buon lavoro

Ho trovato l'esposizione molto bella con infissi veramente eccellenti....porte ,finestre, e zanzariere. Sono veramente una grande squadra molto corretti con gli ordini..... e mantengono le date di consegna......che non è una cosa da poco. Il Sig Maurizio mi ha montato la porta con una grande professionalità dandomi anche degli ottimi consigli. Grazie mille la mia porta è bellissima ?
In this great company I found Mr. Fabrizio a very nice and professional person. I found the exhibit very nice with really excellent fixtures .... doors, windows, and mosquito nets. They are really a great team very fair with orders ..... and they keep delivery dates ...... which is no small thing. Mr. Maurizio assembled the door for me with great professionalism, also giving me excellent advice. Thank you very much my door is beautiful ?

Io con la mia esperienza, non posso che parlare bene della ditta Berneschi.
Ad inizio anno sono andato a scegliere delle finestre nel loro show room. La qualità e la bellezza dei loro prodotti mi ha conquistato.
A maggio abbiamo firmato il contratto e, dopo poco aver dato l'acconto, ci hanno comunicato che gli infissi avrebbero subito un enorme ritardo, a causa della mancanza dei materiali. La ditta Berneschi mi ha dato tutto il tempo per decidere e riflettere.
Questa consegna in ritardo mi avrebbe portato enormi problemi. La ditta Berneschi nonostante non ne fosse responsabile, mi ha permesso di annullare l' ordine e di riavere la caparra per intero.
Sono stati corretti, seri e professionali.
Non posso fare altro che parlarne bene e ringraziarli.

At the beginning of the year I went to choose some windows in their show room. The quality and beauty of their products won me over.
In May we signed the contract and, shortly after giving the deposit, we were told that the fixtures would suffer a huge delay, due to the lack of materials. The Berneschi company gave me plenty of time to decide and reflect.
This late delivery would have brought me enormous problems. Although the Berneschi company was not responsible for it, it allowed me to cancel the order and get the deposit back in full.
They were fair, serious and professional.
I can not help but speak well and thank them.

livello qualitativo), giorni fa sono entrati i ladri rompendo un vetro e rovinando l’infisso, contattata la ditta berneschi la risposta è stata che loro non fanno i vetrai e che dovrebbero rimandare a riparare l’infisso a Trento(dove probabilmente li hanno comprati) con tempi inadeguati alla situazione. ??? ????????? ?????????????.
