★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale molto gentile e simpatico, ottima attrezzature, il locale dove si possono depositare le scarpe e qualche indumento ( anche se non sorvegliato è libero) è molto pulito ed ordinato, direi un punto di riferimento più che affidabile
The very kind and nice staff, excellent equipment, the room where you can leave shoes and some clothes (even if not supervised is free) is very clean and tidy, I would say a more than reliable reference point

Lo stesso responsabile del negozio si è rifiutato di darmi un paio di scarponi da snowboard a noleggio, affermando che, diversamente da quanto indicato nel sito e nei tariffari esposti in negozio, nei weekend è possibile noleggiare solo tavola + scarponi insieme, pagando un importo nettamente superiore a quanto previsto per il noleggio dei soli scarponi. Considero questo comportamento assolutamente scorretto e invito il negozio a fornire una valida giustificazione a quanto sopra.
Bad experience yesterday, February 5, 2022. The shop manager himself refused to give me a pair of rental snowboard boots, stating that, unlike what is indicated on the site and in the rates displayed in the shop, on weekends it is only possible to rent board + boots together, paying a much higher amount than expected for the rental of boots only. I consider this to be absolutely incorrect and I urge the shop to provide a valid justification for the above.
