★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché la qualità del servizio, delle materie prime, e del prodotto finito sono elevati. I prezzi invece restano di fascia media rendendo il rapporto qualità/ prezzo molto alto. Il rapporto esercente- fruitore è tale da far sentire estremamente a proprio agio e apprezzati i clienti per aver scelto quel bar con il risultato di far provare piacere nel fare colazione o un break.
