Antipasto ottimo ed abbondante, casereccio con prodotti unici e varia ogni volta (così era scritto su una lavagnetta). Preso uno diviso due e non siamo riusciti a terminare la pizza, anch'essa buona e abbondante. A fine pasto la proprietaria chi offerto una caraffa di limoncino fatto in casa. Ottimo. Prezzo ridicolo. Da tornarci sicuramente per assaggiare la grigliata. Conviene chiamare prima. Rustic little place over a thousand meters high. La consolazione è che almeno si tratta di un bosco quasi privo di immondizia A forest of television antennas and an impassable life path for brambles and mud. I prezzi sono ottimi. Consiglio assolutamente di andarci! :-) Monte Sambuco is a very beautiful place. Perfect for trekking or spending a few hours in nature. The hut s. Giovanni is managed by very cordial staff. Prices are great. I absolutely recommend going there! :-)

La baita è piccola ma suggestiva, arredata in sintonia col nome che la contraddistingue. Abbiamo prenotato a pranzo. Ottimo antipasto con prodotti del territorio e ottimo vino della casa. E potrei finire qui. Chiesti due antipasti della casa e li portano in un unico piatto, primo piatto di ravioli (3) tiepido per non dire freddo, segno che si trattasse di cibo riscaldato (male) e non preparato al momento? sottolineo che non era menù fisso! Secondo a base di carne alla griglia, bruciacchiata e insufficiente e nuovamente in un unico piatto di servizio, l'unico dolce della casa (le altre proposte confezionate) ottimo. Prezzo nella media del territorio.Attesa lunghissima nonostante fossimo arrivati alle tredici, sia per iniziare che tra una portata e l'altra, ma su questo, per quanto mi riguarda, posso sorvolare trattandosi di una giornata diversa e di festa. Dieci e lode all'assistente alla sala che da sola prendeva comanda, serviva, sparecchiava ed era alla cassa, non è facile essere impeccabile in tutto questo con più di trenta persone, chapeau!! Metto 3 stelle perché sono sicura che impegnandosi sapranno migliorare, il potenziale c'è.
