F	Fabiana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre mesi fa mi sono rivolta a questa agenzia per avere una badante per mia madre ammalata di Alzheimer nel mese di luglio, non sapendo come muovermi, a chi rivolgermi e per essere a norma di legge. Ho spiegato la situazione delicata, ho richiesto una persona competente, non ho fatto problemi di costi: mi hanno assicurato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi, che però era troppo presto, che mi sarei dovuta rivolgere a loro nel mese di giugno e che mi avrebbero presentato diverse persone, fino a trovare quella giusta, che avrebbero affiancato per qualche ora alla mia badante, in modo da non farla partire impreparata al momento della sostituzione. Ho fatto come mi è stato detto ed a giugno mi sono ripresentata. Persona diversa, stesse rassicurazioni. Siamo al 27 di giugno, tra due giorni la mia badante mi lascia e ancora questa agenzia non ha fatto nulla, se non portarmi una signora l'altro ieri, che ancora non ha dato risposta. Sono veramente delusa. A questo punto ho perso completamente fiducia nella vostra azienda e poichè con due giorni di margine non vedo come mi potreste fornire un servizio adeguato ed in linea con le vostre precedenti rassicurazioni, non intendo più avvalermi dei vostri servizi e mi ritengo libera da qualsiasi precedente accordo. Pubblicherò la presente e-mail anche sul vostro sito, come recensione. Quando si opera in un settore tanto delicato, la professionalità è più che mai dovuta. ps.: l'agenzia mi chiama in questo momento, a dicendomi di avere trovato una badante, che non è quella che ho conosciuto, che non mi è stata presentata e che non ha neppure incontrato mia madre. I am really disappointed. At this point I have completely lost faith in your company and since with two days of margin I do not see how you could provide me with an adequate service in line with your previous assurances, I no longer intend to use your services and I feel free from any previous agreement. .
