★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nn rispondono al telefono, ogni volta che devo aprire una pratica devo attendere tempi bibblici. Se vado sul posto in media attendo 30 minuti dopo l appuntamento dato, per non concludere niente, ogni volta un' odissea, il tutto per sentirmi dire di rivolgermi direttasmente all inps!! Se chiamo 100 volte per aggiornamenti, nessuno se ne occupa, dicono che richiamano e nn lo fanno! Veramente scontenta del servizio!
Nn answer the phone, every time I open a practice I have to wait bibblici times. If I go on the spot, on average, I wait 30 minutes after the given appointment, so as not to conclude anything, every time an odyssey, all to hear me say to address all inps directly! If I call 100 times for updates, no one takes care of them, they say they call and they don't! Really unhappy with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul sito sono presenti servizi che in realtà non esistono, appuntamenti annullati all'ultimo minuto con una sms, al telefono l'operatore continuava a ripetere una cosa che non c'entrava niente con la mia domanda, conversazione chiusa con uno sgarbato "non ho tempo per spiegare".. Disservizio al top direi!
On the site there are services that don't actually exist, appointments canceled at the last minute with a text message, on the phone the operator kept repeating something that had nothing to do with my question, closed conversation with a rude "I didn't time to explain ".. Top disservice I would say!
