★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a previous reviewer said, I have never experienced such an unprofessional and arrogant salesman in my whole life. Coincidence? I think not!
Not only he was arrogant and with an attitude like he's the queen of England, it was obvious he is preoccupied against expats. I don't know what his problem is with foreigners, but I suggest BMW Italia to have a word with him.
Also, I suggest when you communicate via email with potential customers, don't use Google Translate, instead use a person who can actually speak English.

At 7 p.m. I called BMW Milano Missaglia, 45 minutes later a transporter picked me and my car up. 2 hours later I checked in a hotel in Milano.
Next day I ordered new tires and after fixing the new tires I could go on with my holidays in Italy. Thanks a lot to the whole team there helping me.
