Breakfast with fresh fruits, a fantastic view, the sea a stone's throw away, soothing peace. For us the perfect start on Sicily. Sincerely and simply good.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci ha consigliato molti luoghi da visitare e specialità gastronomiche da gustare. Il B&B si trova a Mondello, un paesino davvero delizioso e molto tranquillo. We stayed at this bed and breakfast is located in a wonderful location, on the beautiful beach of Mondello, but the view of the gulf. The owner is very kind and always available. He recommended many places to visit and gastronomic specialties to taste. The B&B is located in Mondello, a really lovely and very quiet village.

La camera a noi assegnata godeva di una vista panoramica davvero mozzafiato e aveva anche il terrazzo. Il servizio e l'ospitalità ti fanno sentire come a casa e gli spazi esterni e il giardino permettono di rilassarsi e ai bimbi di giocare in tutta libertà. Struttura consigliatissima non solo per la vista panoramica ma anche per l'ottima posizione a due passi dal centro di Mondello e dalle fermate dei bus di linea per raggiungere Palermo. We spent a wonderful holiday staying in this b & b overlooking the sea of Mondello. The room assigned to us was enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view and also had the terrace. The service and hospitality make you feel at home and the outdoor spaces and the garden allow you to relax and the children to play freely. Highly recommended structure not only for the panoramic view but also for the excellent position a stone's throw from the center of Mondello and from the bus stops to reach Palermo.

Un rifugio appena fuori la città e a due passi da Mondello. BnB pulitissimo e superba la colazione. Proprietario disponibile e affabile. Consiglio a tutti, anche ai palermitani, un soggiorno in questo fantastico luogo. I suggested this BnB to friends of Bolzano and I was able to attend it. Lovely place, quiet, just a few meters from the sea. A refuge just outside the city and a stone's throw from Mondello. BnB spotless and superb breakfast. Owner helpful and friendly. I recommend everyone, even from Palermo, a stay in this fantastic place.
E	Ernillo Lenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B bello, pulito. Ci sono 3 camere due doppie vista mare e la tripla vista retro mare (da evitare) quindi occhio a quando prenotate. Solo una doppia ha il bagno in camera ma è la più piccola le altre 2 hanno il bagno privato ma si deve uscire il corridoio x accendere al bagno, un po' scomodo ma nulla di che. I proprietari molto gentili arrivano alle 8:00 preparano la colazione e rifanno le camere molto accuratamente e verso le 10:30 se ne vanno. Ampio terrazzo con lettini (4) tavolo e 6 sedie validissima alternativa alla spiaggia che è piccolissima e rocciosa. Mare bello ma adatto a chi sa nuotare, consigliate le scarpette x le rocce. Una piccola critica alla colazione non molto variegata e solo dolce (personalmente non mangio salato a colazione quindi mi andava bene) frutta e succhi, caffè con le capsule buono, abbiamo chiesto dei biscotti e il giorno successivo ce li hanno fatti trovare. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma ci hanno detto che se volevamo potevamo usarla anche se non era previsto (molto gentili). Parcheggio privato x 2 auto all'interno della cancellata, abbastanza problematica l'uscita perché a filo di una strada molto trafficata (metà luglio quindi alta stagione) bisogna essere in due x uscire in sicurezza. Lo sceglierei ancora senza alcun dubbio. Nice, clean B&B. There are three bedrooms two doubles and the triple sea view rear view sea (to avoid) so watch when you book. Only one double has a bathroom in the room but it is the smallest the other 2 have a private bathroom but you have to go out the corridor to turn on the bathroom, a little uncomfortable but nothing of that. Nice owners arrive at 8:00 prepare breakfast and refer the rooms very thoroughly and around 10:30 they leave. Large terrace with sun beds (4) table and 6 chairs valid alternative to the beach which is very small and rocky. Beautiful sea but suitable for those who can swim, recommend the shoes for the rocks. A small criticism of the breakfast that is not very varied and only sweet (personally I do not eat salty at breakfast so I was fine) fruit and juice, coffee with good capsules, we asked for biscuits and the next day we were made to find them. We did not use the kitchen but were told that if we wanted we could use it even though it was not planned (very nice). Private parking for 2 cars inside the gate, the exit is quite problematic because at the edge of a very busy road (mid-July, therefore, high season) it takes two people to go out safely. I would still choose it without any doubt.
