Mi hanno detto che non era un'emergenza e quindi il servizio non sarebbe stato veloce. Fin qui tutto bene, sono andato in ospedale alle tre del pomeriggio, alle cinque e mezzo nessuno aveva chiamato mia figlia, molti altri bambini sono arrivati dopo e si sono visti per primi, sono andato lì a chiedere se non c'era modo che lei potesse essere vista, soprattutto perché ero un neonato, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto aspettare un'altra ora, ero indignato da una tale mancanza di considerazione per mia figlia di 8 anni, ho lasciato questo ospedale con tutto il mio odio, la mia furia, per aver visto tanta incompetenza. Mia figlia adesso è a casa, con l'unghia infiammata, che non si può togliere senza una piccola nestesia, e piange perché non può mettersi le scarpe per andare a scuola. It was terrible, I'm outraged. So far so good, I went to the hospital at three in the afternoon, at half past five no one had called my daughter, many other children came later and saw each other first, I went there to ask if there was no way that she could be seen, especially as I was a newborn, I was told I would have to wait another hour, I was outraged by such a lack of consideration for my 8 year old daughter, I left this hospital with all my hate, my fury, for having seen so much incompetence. My daughter is now at home, with a sore nail, which cannot be removed without a little nest, and she is crying because she cannot put on her shoes to go to school.

Ho provato anche a fare la richiesta online, e nella mail c'è scritto che si verrà contattati nei giorni successivi, ma per me bisognerà aspettare pure i mesi, specialmente se non si è urgenti. Mi toccherà andare di persona a prenotare e mi scoccia perché non abito vicino ???
