The drivers deceive tourists and the tumino company. They stole 12 euros from us by selling an invalid ticket. Buses are constantly late, or do not arrive at all. They promised us to figure it out, but they don't call back, and they don't pick up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 tickets for 11.60 (with return, Marina di Ragusa - Ragusa) but ticket was invalid for return way and I had to buy new tickets. It looks like driver sold invalid ticket for 11.60 and foolished me.
In other case bus didn't come by schedule.
