Ha capito la situazione e ci ha riparato la macchina nel minor tempo possibile mettendoci in condizioni di poter continuare la vacanza e rientrare a Roma. Grazie per la professionalità e la cortesia. Consiglio vivamente la sua officina. We had a sudden breakdown of the car during the holidays, luckily we met Giordano, not only a good mechanic but a kind and really helpful person. He understood the situation and repaired our car in the shortest possible time, putting us in a position to continue the holiday and return to Rome. Thanks for the professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend his workshop.

Ci ha promesso che avrebbe fatto di tutto per ripararla nel più breve tempo possibile nonostante il week-end di mezzo e così è stato. Ci ha anche scortate al nuovo alloggio e in 3 giorni ci ha ridato la macchina permettendoci di tornare in tutta serenità. Prezzi onesti, consigliatissimo. Mr. Giordano was immediately available to us. The machine stopped working as soon as you left to return to Rome. He promised us that he would do everything to fix it as soon as possible despite the weekend in between and he did. He also escorted us to the new accommodation and in 3 days gave us back the car, allowing us to return in all serenity. Fair prices, highly recommended.

Non pensavo di risolvere così velocemente, dopo neanche un ora dalla chiamata ricevo intervento (di sabato) e venti minuti dopo ho le chiavi in mano dell'auto. Persona competente, disponibile, professionale...anche oltre il profilo professionale, per nulla scontato. Consiglio vivamente!Top!! Rescue in extremis ... a few minutes before departure for the return from vacation ... car locks inside with keys. I did not think I could solve it so quickly, after less than an hour from the call I receive an intervention (on Saturday) and twenty minutes later I have the keys in the hand of the car. Competent, helpful, professional person ... even beyond the professional profile, not at all obvious. Highly recommend! Top !!

Sono riuscito a portare l'auto presso questa officina e chiamando il numero é subito arrivato il sig. Giordano per valutare la gravità della situazione. Non essendo un intervento da poco e dovendo proseguire il viaggio di ferie attraverso la Puglia, Giordano è riuscito a trovare un'auto a noleggio (nonostante fosse domenica), permettendoci di proseguire per le ferie. Auto riparata e pronta la sera prima del giorno del rientro, come da accordi: come nuova (testata nei 1100km di ritorno)!!! Grazie mille!! Maximum availability and professionalism (and holidays saved!). The clutch started showing severe malfunction symptoms on a Sunday morning. I managed to bring the car to this workshop and by calling the number, Mr. Giordano to assess the gravity of the situation. Not being a recent intervention and having to continue the holiday journey through Puglia, Giordano managed to find a rental car (despite being Sunday), allowing us to continue for the holidays. Car repaired and ready the evening before the day of return, as agreed: as new (tested in the 1100km return) !!! A thousand thanks!!

Non l'ho fatto montare perché faceva schifo e ho fatto bene, perché sono andato da un altro carrozziere e per 80 euro me l'ha rifatto a regola d'arte e montato sulla macchina. Nelle interminabili ore di attesa lì fuori tutti gli altri mi avevamo detto di cambiare officina e che le recensioni erano false, ma non potevo perché ormai aveva "iniziato il lavoro". Nel tentativo di togliere il tappo del gancio traino col giraviti mi ha anche rigato il paraurti. 8 days of waiting and 70 euros (without receipt) for this painting. I didn't have it assembled because it sucked and I did well, because I went to another coachbuilder and for 80 euros he did it again in a workmanlike manner and mounted on the car. In the endless hours of waiting out there all the others had told me to change shop and that the reviews were false, but I couldn't because by now he had "started the job". In an attempt to remove the cap from the tow hook with a screwdriver, he also scored my bumper.
