★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il frigo perdeva e li ho contattati tramite il call center di Whirlpool. Molto puntuali, gentili e disponibili. Il tecnico che ha seguito il mio problema è stato molto disponibile e si è dimostrato molto competente. Insomma, esperienza più che positiva. Al prossimo problema (spero il più tardi possibile) saprò a chi rivolgermi.
The fridge was leaking and I contacted them through the Whirlpool call center. Very punctual, kind and helpful. The technician who followed up on my problem was very helpful and proved to be very competent. In short, a more than positive experience. At the next problem (hopefully as late as possible) I will know who to contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fidatevi sono truffaldini, già cari partenza (50€ solo la chiamata a prescindere), poi si inventano schede bruciate e motori da sostituire anche quando sarebbe sufficiente cambiare un condensatore (fortunatamente ho scelto di affidarmi ad altro centro onesto ed ho speso 20 € totale)
Don't trust them they are scammers, already dear departure (50 € only the call regardless), then they invent burnt cards and motors to be replaced even when it would be enough to change a capacitor (fortunately I chose to rely on another honest center and I spent 20 € total )
