Ho riscontrato, però, alcuni problemi con il computer che si bloccava e non mi consentiva di lavorare in maniera corretta. Contattato in preda al panico, il tecnico si è precipitato qui a casa. Persona davvero premurosa, seria e che ha fatto di tutto per risolvere i problemi che stavo riscontrando. Lo consiglio e, in futuro, sono felice di sapere che posso contare su di loro.
By now, with online teaching, we are all a bit dependent on technology. I encountered, however, some problems with the computer that crashed and did not allow me to work properly. Contacted in panic, the technician rushed here at home. Really caring, serious person who did everything to solve the problems I was having.
