Interpellati telefonicamente mi hanno indicato dove posta la centralina x la esclusione della stessa. Grande attenzione verso l’autovettura che è nuova e di cui sono un po’ geloso :-). Consigliati per la loro grande esperienza. Officina abbastanza piccola ma molto pulita e ordinata. I had the VIASAT device installed. They were very precise, available, professional and above all honest. Great attention to the car which is new and of which I am a bit jealous :-). Recommended for their great experience. Workshop quite small but very clean and tidy.
c	christina elezi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ porto la macchina per eseguire una campagna di richiamo in garanzia e alla riconsegna non mi viene rilasciata nessuna ricevuta, gli domando e mi viene detto dal signore responsabile che viesto che è in garanzia e non devo pagare non mi lasciano nulla. Insisto ulteriormente per avere un documento scritto del lavoro eseguito ma vengo trattata con maleducazione... successivamente dopo vari minuti di insistenza mi viene detto che la fattura mi verrà mandata il giorno successivo. Il giorno successivo non mi arrivata nulla. Chiamo il responsabile dopo 2 giorni chiedendo spiegazioni e vengo attaccata e aggredita dal 'signor' responsabile telefonicamente urlandomi dicendo che a loro li paga la Fiat e che io non dovrei chiedere fattura ne ricevuta. Una discussione accesa al telefono in cui il titolare mi urlava perche com'è legittimo che sia stavo chiedendo una ricevuta/fattura scritta. Mai nella vita mi era successo da cliente sentirmi urlare in quel modo. Pessimo servizio e grande maledicazione. Attenzione al cliente 0. Ti pagherà anche la fiat ma la macchina è mia. O	Omar Elsaiad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è davvero poco da dire, la cortesia, puntualità e professionalità di questa attività sono i suoi punti di forza, qualsiasi problema tu abbia o componentistiche danneggiate o da installare non si fanno problemi per aiutarti, prezzi piu che onesti, la velocità nei lavori è un marchio di casa, raramente mi è capitato di vedere del personale cosi cordiale e soprattutto attento e professionale nel svolgere il proprio lavoro. Sicuramente diventerà il mio elettrauto di fiducia! Approvato e consigliato 100/100!!!
