La verità è che da bravo scemo mi sono svegliato venerdì pomeriggio per trovare un regalo di San Valentino (lunedì) per la mia dolce metà e mi ero ormai arreso all'idea di farglielo avere in tempo. Con meraviglia e stupore invece Arianna mi ha gentilmente assistito tramite whatsapp per trovare la misura corretta (anche qui abbastanza al buio...) ed è riuscita a farmelo recapitare Sabato mattina! Ecco, credo che il contatto umano e l'assistenza in fase di acquisto sia un valore aggiunto che tanti e-shop non hanno più. Per un attimo mi è sembrato di essere in negozio fisicamente. Grazie ancora, è stato un successo ed ho pure fatto la figura del fidanzato modello :D I bought a beautiful ring in both design and build quality, but that's not the only reason I leave a 5-star review. The truth is that as a good fool I woke up on Friday afternoon to find a Valentine's Day gift (Monday) for my sweetheart and I had now given up on the idea of having it in time. With wonder and amazement, however, Arianna kindly assisted me via whatsapp to find the correct size (even here quite in the dark ...) and managed to send it to me on Saturday morning! Here, I believe that human contact and assistance during the purchase phase is an added value that many e-shops no longer have. For a moment it felt like I was physically in the shop. Sono sinceramente rimasta sbalordita per la cura e l'amore che il team di Argentoblu ha messo nella preparazione della confezione regalo (il sacchetto ha un profumo meraviglioso). E vogliamo parlare del gioiello in sè? Splendido, non ho altri aggettivi per definirlo.
