★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war die Unterkunft alles andere als Kinderfreundlich (darauf wurde extra auf der Website hingewiesen). Ein absolutes No Go waren die kaputten Gehwegfliesen, die extrem scharfe Kanten hatten und der Garten der voller Hundehaare war, so dass Kinder nicht im Garten spielen konnten. Von Ruhe konnte auch keine Rede sein, da das Gekläffe von morgens bis spät in die Nacht hinein ging. Sehr angenehm waren auch die Dauermieter, die direkt über uns wohnten und scheinbar denken, dass sie alleine auf der Welt sind (Türen zuschlagen, Nachts staubsaugen, früh morgens die Musik bis zum Anschlag aufreißen und und und). Der Vermieter war sehr höflich und die Location war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Ich würde nicht noch einmal dort hinfahren.
Unfortunately, the accommodation was anything but child friendly (this was mentioned on the website). An absolute no go were the broken sidewalk tiles, which had extremely sharp edges and the garden was full of dog hair, so that children could not play in the garden. There could be no question of peace, since the blaring went from morning until late into the night. Very pleasant were also the permanent tenants, who lived directly above us and seemingly think that they are alone in the world (slamming doors, vacuuming at night, early in the morning to rip open the music to the limit and and and). The landlord was very polite and the location was as seen in the pictures. I would not go there again.

Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è ottimo anche per famiglie numerose o per due nuclei di famiglia perché è disposto su due livelli con servizi indipendenti. Ha anche un posto auto privato. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. In casa non manca nulla c'è tutto ciò che occorre. Vicino alla casa c'è una piscina in comune con altre abitazioni, ma è molto pulita e ben tenuta, con pochi frequentatori. La piscina è grande e permette di fare anche una bella nuotata. La locazione della casa è vicina ai parchi. Lo consiglio.
The apartment is also excellent for large families or two families because it is on two levels with independent services. It also has a private parking space. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Nothing is missing in the house, everything is needed. Near the house there is a swimming pool shared with other houses, but it is very clean and well maintained, with few visitors. The pool is large and allows for a nice swim. The location of the house is close to the parks. I advise.

We weren't expecting such a beautiful place/location as well as the kindness, availability and hospitality of our host Giovanni.
The house is beautiful, clean, big, and has everything you need for a perfect vacation (there were 8 beds for the two of us).
The owner welcomed us with two pairs of glasses and wite wine. The swimming pool is just amazing, the place is quiet, calm and so close to the lake and Gardaland.
If you have dogs, they're more than welcome.
Moreover we had a perfect vacation for a very good price, we will certainly return as soon as possible.
