R	Riccardo Puntoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attratti dalle belle fotografie e dall'ambiente nuovo siamo rimasti delusi per la mancanza di confort e preciso la mia opinione personale. L'appartamento si presenta come nelle foto, ma innanzitutto non c'è bidet, che è una carenza inspiegabile in una casa nuova, il letto con materassi molto rigidi è incastrato tra due comodini al millimetro, per cui risulta molto rumoroso ad ogni movimento e veramente fastidioso. Tutto bello, ma... armadietto minuscolo cassettiere praticamente inesistenti, a ns. richiesta di letto all'italiana con coperte e lenzuola, dopo loro assicurazione verbale, il giorno dell'arrivo ci hanno presentato due copertine sintetiche striminzite e due copri piumini ruvidi oltreché corti al posto delle lenzuola. Avendolo saputo non avrei prenotato l'appartamento... Assenza di ascensore anche se per un solo piano da segnalare per chi ha problemi di mobilità, assenza di garage spesso presente a quei costi. La cosa più antipatica, considerando il prezzo di 99€ al giorno in bassa stagione, la mancanza di un minimo di prodotti per l'igiene (sapone per la doccia ecc.) solo un avanzo di carta igienica, che ormai si trovano anche in appartamenti molto più economici (talvolta si trova anche un minimo di zucchero e sale per i primi giorni di soggiorno. Aggiungo che l'appartamento si trova su un supermercato da un lato e sulla strada principale dall'altro, per cui non consigliabile a chi è sensibile al rumore (non eccessivo comunque). Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è senz'altro sfavorevole. Ottima la doccia, le luci ed il riscaldamento regolabile. Attracted by the beautiful photographs and the new environment we were disappointed by the lack of comfort and precise my personal opinion. The apartment looks like in the photos, but first of all there is no bidet, which is an inexplicable shortage in a new house, the bed with very stiff mattresses is wedged between two bedside tables per millimeter, so it is very noisy with every movement and really annoying. All nice, but ... tiny cabinet drawers practically non-existent, ns. request for an Italian bed with blankets and sheets, after verbal assurance, on the day of arrival they presented us with two skimpy synthetic covers and two rough duvet covers as well as short ones instead of sheets. Having known, I would not have booked the apartment ... Absence of a lift even if for a single floor to report for those with mobility problems, absence of garage often present at those costs. The most unpleasant thing, considering the price of € 99 per day in low season, the lack of a minimum of hygiene products (soap for the shower etc.) only a surplus of toilet paper, which are now also found in apartments much cheaper (sometimes there is even a minimum of sugar and salt for the first days of stay. I would add that the apartment is located on a supermarket on one side and on the main road on the other, so it is not advisable for those who are sensitive to noise (not excessive anyway) .The quality / price ratio is certainly unfavorable.Great shower, lights and adjustable heating.
P	Phil Engelmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich klasse, sehr modern gestaltet und in einem TOP-Zustand. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu viert plus unseren Hund in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. It was a very nice and pleasant stay. The apartment is really great, very modern and in a great condition. The hostess was very friendly and always helpful. There were four of us plus our dog in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We can only recommend the apartment.

Mi hanno anche dato accesso gratuito alla seggiovia e agli autobus locali. Appartamento con supermarket proprio al piano terra molto comodo. Non potevo sognare una vacanza migliore. L appartamento all ultimo piano ha anche una terrazza con tavolo All aperto e sdraio per rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra le splendide montagne. Apartment Schlern davvero un posto unico. Beautiful, modern, functional, elegant and very clean apartment. The owners are very kind and very attentive. They also gave me free access to the chairlift and local buses. Very comfortable apartment with supermarket right on the ground floor. I couldn't dream of a better vacation. The top floor apartment also has a terrace with outdoor table and deck chairs to relax after a day in the beautiful mountains. Apartment Schlern truly a unique place.

Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Supermarkt ist direkt im Haus (Untergeschoß). Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre. Perfekt für einen Urlaub in Kastelruth. Very pleasant apartment house, the apartment is modern but still in keeping with the surroundings. The host family is very friendly and helpful. Supermarket is in the house (basement). Bus stop right outside the front door. Perfect for a vacation in Castelrotto.
P	PeMa Morbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorzügliche Ferienwohnung, gute und ruhige Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle des Skibus (Linie 3A). 2 mal stündlich kann man mit dem Bus kostenlos von der FeWo zur Talstation der Seiser Alm Bahn und zurück fahren. Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles, was man braucht. Fußbodenheizung, Regendusche, separates WC, kostenloser Stellplatz. Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Kann das Angebot von Pamela und Günter Senoner herzlich weiterempfehlen. Excellent apartment, good and quiet location right at the bus stop of the ski bus (line 3A). 2 times an hour you can take the bus from the apartment to the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi and back free of charge. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Underfloor heating, rain shower, separate toilet, free parking space. Landlords are extremely nice and helpful. Can warmly recommend the offer from Pamela and Günter Senoner.
