β β β β β This is an amazing place which transports you back in time letting you feel the almost palpable presents of the Roman Empire. I took a 2 hour guided tour which lasted over 2.5 hours and then I wandered the ruins for a further 3.5 hours! I will be coming back!

β β β β β The place is definitely worth visiting. A lot of ruins and things to see which are really impressive. Vast area so you can spend all day here. Although, it could have more information boards like maps or descriptions.

β β β β β This museum adds missing puzzle to the impressions from the whole ancient city. Walking through the city, you call see all kinds of traces left from people who were living here. In this museum you can see the people itself.

β β β β β Beautiful and informative museum in Pompeii. I highly recommend coming here prior to entering the city, especially if youβre on a self-guided tour. There is a ton of info in this museum and a lot of well-preserved and interesting artifacts, including casts of people who died in the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius.
You can easily spend an hour here, so plan to arrive at Pompeii a little early! Definitely need to experience this. The entrance is kind of strangely placed β youβll have to walk all the way to the bottom of the hill to reach it.
