★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a fantastic location for lodging when visiting Florence, from the tower there are views of the river, city and surrounding districts.
Rooms were large and luxe feeling, with a separate sitting area from the bedroom that worked well for luggage and items, keeping the bedroom free of clutter.
The rooftop bar and restaurant is one of the best in the city - listening to the bells at sunset from the roof was a highlight of our visit.
Breakfast is included and spectacular. Allow enough time to enjoy the meal before your day starts, it's lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very special place to stay in florence. Beautifully decorated rooms in a charming context situated in a perfect location with a rooftop terrace that provides the best view in the city! Also the breakfast is fabulous and is served on a different lovely terrace with magnificent views over the Arno. Altogether a wonderful place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In contrast to their website, the a/c is shut off in a October. Leaving the windows open for a breath of air to sleep means being eaten alive by mosquitos. Pillows & duvet are synthetic & lumpy. The concierges are disinterested and unhelpful. The roof terrace is lovely and the junior staff are sweet, however hotel
policy bans you taking tour own wine up so they can charge you €11 for an indifferent red. Seriously overpriced for the not quite 3 star standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed in Feb 2022. The location and service were excellent! Super easy to walk to all major attractions. Mika went out of her way to show us around the property and our room at check in. House keeping never missed a day even when we had the do not disturb sign up, they just came later after the sign was down. Fresh sheets, towels, and turn down service nightly. Breakfast was also a nice feature as they offered sit down or to go services. The two terraces were also beautiful as they overlook the entire city! We wished we would have taken advantage of them more. The only reason for the 4 star review is the sleeping situation. The bed was VERY firm and you could not turn down the thermostat. When we asked the front desk why we could not alter the temp, they informed us we could not turn it below 22C (probably because the heat was centralized), but it was very warm in our room and we ended up sleeping with the windows open every night which then invited a lot of noise into the room as you are right on the river in the heart of the city with a lot of people. Our stay would have been a perfect 5 stars if it wasn't for this this.
