★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane con forno a legna. Il gusto è eccezionale da provare anche le muffolette calde che condiscono con pomodoro caciocavallo origano e acciughe.
Bread with wood oven. The taste is exceptional to try even the hot muffins that are seasoned with tomato caciocavallo oregano and anchovies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name is Forno Litria. The location is right, just go through the beaded door and ask for whatever is fresh. I was running out of cash before seeing the Cathedral but wanted to try the Focaccia here. After the Cathedral visit, I came back for another piece because it was so good...and I ate both before leaving town. The price was by the kilo and came out to under €2 a piece, so even with limited cash, I ate like a king. The locals were coming by often!
