★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e inefficienza. A telefono e sul tagliando indicano che il ritiro degli esami è possibile fino alle 19. Arrivi al centro e un foglietto avvisa che è chiuso dalle 17.30. Impossibile parlare con qualcuno a telefono. Ti rimbalzano da un messaggio registrato ad una musica di attesa. Non mettono risultati online. Dopo 5 giorni non ho il risultato ad un esame. Servizio pessimo.
Unkindness and inefficiency. On the phone and on the coupon they indicate that the collection of exams is possible until 19. You arrive at the center and a leaflet informs you that it is closed from 17.30. Impossible to talk to someone on the phone. They bounce you from a recorded message to music on hold. They don't post results online. After 5 days I don't have the result on an exam. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saranno bravi, ma in questi giorni gli accompagnatori dei pazienti devono attendere all'esterno, anche se piove e anche se sono solo due i pazienti in sala d'attesa.
They will be good, but these days the carers of the patients have to wait outside, even if it rains and even if there are only two patients in the waiting room.

Ma non di certo da un centro polivalente e conosciuto come questo sentirmi dire per ben due volte "Ok signora, ci siamo presi l'appunto, la faremo ricontattare" e poi...bidonate?!?
Meno male che vi ho specificato che trattasi di paziente oncologico. Vergogna!
I would have preferred to hear "No ma'am, we don't do blood tests at home."
But certainly not from a multipurpose center known as this one to hear me say twice "Ok lady, we took the note, we will get you back" and then ... rip-off?!?
Luckily I have specified that it is a cancer patient. Shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andros clinica miracolosa. Posso dire che dopo 15 anni sono riuscita ad avere un figlio grazie a loro. I dottori Vitrano e scaglione meravigliosi. Personale gentile e soprattutto gente allegra. La consiglio x tutta a saperlo prima sarei venuta tanti anni fa. I miracoli esistono e solo in questa clinica avverato il mio.
Andros miraculous clinic. I can say that after 15 years I managed to have a child thanks to them. Doctors Vitrano and wonderful echelon. Kind staff and above all cheerful people. The advice x all to know before I would have come many years ago. Miracles exist and mine only came true in this clinic.
