★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nulla da eccepire sul personale si attengono allo stato di diritto(ossia l'immobilismo) ma non riescono ad andare oltre le loro piccole mansioni.AL NUOVO SINDACO CONSIGLIO:di nominare subito tutti i consiglieri eletti Ufficiali dello stato civile e dare potere all'assessore al ramo di firmare le pratiche di persona.
nothing to complain about the staff they adhere to the rule of law (i.e. immobility) but are unable to go beyond their small tasks TO THE NEW MAYOR COUNCIL: to immediately appoint all the elected councilors as civil status officers and give power to the councilor to the branch to sign the paperwork in person.
