Dopo le prime visite e vaccinazioni pensavamo di poter essere considerati e presi in carico da chi ci conosceva. Al primo problema la realtà è stata molto diversa è alquanto deludente. Abbiamo trovato chi si è davvero preso cura dei problemi del nostro amato animale domestico altrove. Sconsiglio vivamente!!
Empathy and professionalism are not part of this study. Email communications not considered, alienating telephone responses. After the first visits and vaccinations we thought we could be considered and taken care of by those who knew us. At the first problem, the reality was very different and somewhat disappointing. We found who really took care of our beloved pet's problems elsewhere. I strongly advise against !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho conosciuto questo posto per l'eutanasia della mia vecchia cagnolina, ma la gentilezza, delicatezza, e professionalità della Dottoressa Francesca e dei suoi assistenti, sono state così importanti per me che, se mai dovessi decidere di prendere un altro amico peloso, mi fanno dire che sceglierei questo posto meraviglioso sempre e comunque. Consigliato al 100%
Unfortunately I have known this place for the euthanasia of my old dog, but the kindness, delicacy, and professionalism of Doctor Francesca and her assistants, have been so important to me that, if I ever decide to take another furry friend, I they do say that I would choose this wonderful place anytime and anywhere. 100% recommended
