★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a simple restaurant, this is an experience. Good location, amazing staff, unbelievably good food. I always say that if one day I'll become rich, I would eat there every single day of my life. Just don't pretend to eat typical Italian food. It is just not their mission to have mainstream local food. Just go there and enjoy the menu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have eaten here numerous times, and of course the Trentino sushi is always great, and the staff is absolutely wonderful !!
I had to say they have really topped my expectations with the ribs, they were cooked to perfection !!
The chef told me that these ribs are slow cooked for 18 hours !!

We had an enormous plate of sushi made of slate that covered both of our place settings. The sushi was phenomenal and her white wine suggestion was awesome !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconspicuous storefront, and boy was I impressed with their homemade sushi! I’ve been stuck in Rovereto for months due to the virus and their sushi has been a godsend. Not only that but they make fresh restaurant grade ravioli (the same kitchen as Silencio). I highly recommend the black shrimp one. Pancetta and spinach are equally delicious. So grateful for this shop to be open during these tough times. Hope to eventually try their restaurant, Silencio, one day.
