Posso ad oggi affermare che questa è la migliore agenzia su decine provate da me. Parlo come cliente abituale e per abituale intendo che sono già diversi anni che affitto i miei immobili/appartamenti a quest’agenzia. Conosciuta grazie al passaparola che credo sia la migliore pubblicità ad oggi esistente, quindi consigliata mi da conoscenti ed amici decisi nel 2014 di appoggiarmi a loro e diedi a loro il comando e la gestione del mio piccolo ed umile patrimonio immobiliare. A distanza di anni ringrazio ancora chi all epoca me li fece conoscere. Sempre disponibili e gentili nel corso degli anni a risolvere e gestire qualsiasi tipo di problematica. Clientela a cui affittano gli immobili risulta essere sempre referenziata e quindi reputo a mio avviso di target alto, questo però senza fare differenze di alcun tipo di classe sociale. Ad oggi ottobre 2019 affitti sempre regolarmente pagati, comunicazione ottima, sia con l’agenzia che con gli affittuari stessi. Poi credo che per quanto si possa avere inquilini referenziati educati e rispettosi, se un individuo non voglia pagarti un affitto, lo fa, ma a mio avviso se già a monte si seleziona una certa tipologia di clientela, Si riduce di gran lunga il rischio in maniera davvero evidente Di non avere poi problemi. E questo è quello che fa quest’agenzia, trova la persona giusta al tuo immobile. Dopo anni sono soddisfatto e se posso consigliare la consiglio vivamente a chi è di Ravenna e chi non lo è .
