β β β β β It's not easy to find vegan or just healthy food in Venice. When I found this little gem and saw they even have a proper vegan option, I was more than happy. Unfortunately found it on my last day.
Maybe I'll have one again before I leave in a few hours. ?ββοΈ
Anyway they serve Polenta with different toppings. Mine was soyballs (so fake meatballs). The food was very VERY hot (burned my tongue) but delicious. I wish I had found them earlier. That would have been an easy and cheap (compared to the usual tourist napping) lunch.
Thank you for having a real alternative to the heavy carb rich foods. Absolutely recommended.

β β β β β This was on my must-try list of foods in Venice. This is the perfect on the go street foods for when you need a little snack while roaming through Venice. I love calamari but this blew my mind.
You walk up to the window and order what you want. Itβs quickly ready for you and youβre on your way. The cone cup is completely filled with calamari and itβs a lot more than you think.
The calamari was cooked perfectly and the batter on the outside was so good ! It was like $7 for the cone of calamari. My boyfriend and I were trying all sorts of foods throughout the day so we only ordered one and it was enough for us to share for a small snack.
Besides the fact that it was really good, it was also presented so nicely for the perfect picture of the canals.

β β β β β Good value-for-money! Recommend the box of Fritto Misto (β¬10) as well as the other dishes like the grilled squid and seafood salad that are sold by weight. Surprisingly, we also really enjoyed the sweet and tangy caponata, that helped cut through the saltiness of the food.

β β β β β Came here after looking through recommendations, and this review is specifically for the popular fried mixed seafood batter. It was nothing special, the batter was just ok, needed some relief like lemon or sauces but there was none, was particularly oily and heavy and didnβt leave a good taste thereafter.
Itβs a nice snack perhaps, but I personally did not enjoy it.

Tried the fried seafood first which was good, but came back to try the fresh octopus salad and other seafood!
The fried seafood was the better of three others we tried so definitely come here for it! But what you really have to try is the octopus salad!
