É possibile richiedere un preventivo gratuito anche con visura di un loro tecnico a domicilio per installazione o sostituzione sia di tende estive che invernali. Il personale è molto gentile e consiglia e istruisce su come richiedere l'eventuale detrazione fiscale. Nel complesso giudico molto positivamente questa società I have known this company for about 20 years and the quality of the product has always been more than satisfactory. Ho fatto installare in tende estive e invernali in 3 alloggi di mia proprietà nell arco di 30 anni ed ancora oggi le mie tende sono funzionanti e perfette...piccolo racconto per farvi capire che cosa è abatenda ..sabato scorso un temporale devastante mi spezza i bracci di tende estive installate 30 anni fa da abatenda nel giro di 48 ore i tecnici sono venuti ed hanno risolto il problema avendo ancora i pezzi di ricambio di 30 anni fa...non aggiungo altro.....concludo dicendo abatenda in questa società così falsa è veramente sinonimo di serietà e competenza I've known this company for about 30 years, my father was already a long time customer ... Il loro valore aggiunto credo sia quelli di gestire in sede tutta la filiera della lavorazione. Spero di non averne bisogno ma se accadrà andrò da loro a colpo sicuro. Oggi per varie esigenze abbiamo provveduto a fare sostituire l'intera struttura , scegliendo la possibilità del doppio rullo, molto comoda poiché non si deve fare la sostituzione con il cambio di stagione. I materiali usati sono di ottima qualità, e i tessuti sono tempotest una garanzia. I ragazzi che hanno effettuato il lavoro, Antonio e Riccardo si sono dimostrati validi professionisti. Puntuali, precisi e professionali. Molti del condominio dove abito hanno optato per altre ditte cercando di copiare disegno e colore del tessuto. Ma un conto è guardare altro è osservare. Insomma se si osserva la differenza salta all'occhio. Certo, di sicuro avranno risparmiato ma sono del parere che un buon prodotto se pur con il suo costo non può essere sostituito con un surrogato. I	Iele123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ contattati per avere un ricambio, ho parlato al telefono con una donna di una maleducazione imbarazzante, dopo essersi informata se avessi o meno acquistato la tenda da loro, alla mia risposta “ no era già montata quando ho acquistato casa” ha esordito dicendo a prescindere di non potermi aiutare, spiego cosa mi serve, ma dice che il ricambio non lo ha ( non aveva nemmeno capito di cosa io avessi bisogno) e figuriamoci se lo avesse ordinato per me!Avevo necessita di un reggiasta centrale ed un motore, ma probabilmente non si adoperano per meno di 300/400 euro. Per me sono da evitare! 24 ore dopo: tutto risolto con una telefonata ad un altro negozio “ Torino Tenda” , passo col pezzo, controlla se lo ha in casa e se non lo ha lo ordina! Non si è interessato dove avessi comprato la tenda.
