Ci siamo fatti tante risate ed abbiamo scelto tantissimi vasetti (20vasetti) di prodotti fatti da loro.... Dalle marmellate per i formaggi ai condimenti per pasta e bruschette Ci siamo trovati così bene che siamo tornati anche dopo due giorni per prendere altri 15 vasetti i panini per il viaggio di ritorno ed anche delle salsicce stagionate (buonissime) Genuinità cortesia e risate sono l animo della PICCANTERIA Un saluto da Michele e Saverio (Napoli) We were this summer down in Calabria and browsing on the internet some small shop that sold typical Calabrian things we find A PICCANTERIA ... very kind people the owner and her husband ... We had a lot of laughs and we chose many jars (20 jars) of products made by them .... Sono entrato nello spiazzo, macchina all'ombra. Mi sono fatto un paninazzo alla calabrese, una bella ciabatta casereccia farcita con Capocollo e Caciocavallo silano, alla piastra. Una vera DELIZIA del palato. Azzanno voracemente il panino, che profuma di prelibatezza, accompagnando con un birretta fresca, sotto l'ombra del gazebo artigianale costruito dai proprietari. Il negozio è fornitissimo di ghiottonerie calabresi, vasetti di ogni tipo, dalle melanzane ai funghi porcini, e poi peperoncino, miele, soppressate e salsicce fatte in casa, formaggi di capra di montagna di Longobucco e tanto altro. I proprietari, marito e moglie, molto gentili e cordiali. Se passate, è obbligatoria una sosta con PANINO! Il sapore vi resterà nel cervello per molto tempo. E prenderete qualche delizia calabra da portare via! Questa è la Calabria che ci piace! The owners, husband and wife, very nice and friendly. If you pass, a stop with PANINO is mandatory! The flavor will stay in your brain for a long time. And you will have some Calabrian delicacies to take away! This is the Calabria we like!
