 I'm from Salsomaggiore Terme and in my opinion I haven't eaten a good and varied square for twenty years or more .. all served by a kind and polite staff .. Tweety was super .. too bad there are only four stars !!

Personale eccellente
Il pubblico limita la fantasia di questo giovane pizzaiolo ma il mio consiglio è di seguire la propria arte.
Ho mangiato 4/4 di stagione e mi aspettavo un opera d'arte tra nerano rustica costiera etc invece mi è arrivata una 4 stagioni e ho chiesto il motivo e la risposta è stata che la clientela in passato ha detto che non gradiva tanta particolarità. Il mio consiglio è quello di non badare alla massa.

I ate 4/4 of the season and I was expecting a work of art between rustic coastal nerano etc instead I got a 4 season and I asked the reason and the answer was that customers in the past said they did not like so much particularity. My advice is not to pay attention to the crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza si presentava bene come qualità dell'impasto e cottura (il fondo non era bruciato) ma ci sono alcuni punti che purtroppo non mi sono piaciuti. Iniziando dalla pizza, la Sciummarella che ho ordinato era un po' spoglia del suo ingrediente principale, i peperoncini i quali a parer mio non erano ben cotti ed oltre alla digeribilità si va a perdere anche il suo gusto caratteristico. Il locale in termini di arredamento risulta un po' vuoto e ciò rovina acustica del locale, infatti con la musica messa in riproduzione si sente un debole e costante eco che dà fastidio alla lunga. Il punto più importante per me è il prezzo del coperto che ho trovato eccessivo perché vengono utilizzate tovaglie rettangolari monouso di carta e non tovaglie di stoffa che rischiano di sporcarsi e le quali giustificherebbero un prezzo tale. Metto 2 stelle ma sono sicuro che ci siano dei margini di miglioramento. Nota molto positiva è stato il personale molto gentile, educato e simpatico.
The pizza looked good in terms of the quality of the dough and cooking (the bottom was not burnt) but there are some points that I unfortunately did not like. Starting with the pizza, the Sciummarella I ordered was a little bare of its main ingredient, the chillies which in my opinion were not well cooked and in addition to digestibility, it also loses its characteristic taste. In terms of furnishings, the room is a bit empty and this ruins the acoustics of the room, in fact with the music being played you can hear a faint and constant echo that bothers you in the long run. The most important point for me is the price of the cover which I found excessive because rectangular disposable paper tablecloths are used and not cloth tablecloths that risk getting dirty and which would justify such a price. I put 2 stars but I'm sure there is room for improvement. Very positive note was the very kind, polite and nice staff.
