Fatte le verifiche dei documenti in mio possesso che erano corretti, ho disdetto immediatamente

Dopo svariati tentativi in giorni e orari diversi, provando 3/4 numeri, stando 40 minuti al telefono, per cercare invano di prendere un appuntamento con loro, decidiamo di recarci di persona, nell'unica apertura pomeridiana tra l'altro. Abbiamo suonato e nessuno ci ha aperto, solo dopo aver bussato ad una porta secondaria, con aria stizzita sono venuti ad aprirci. Gli esponiamo la nostra situazione e subito ci chiedono se avessimo l'appuntamento, senza farci continuare. Dopo aver spiegato che era impossibile comunicare con loro al telefono da settimane, si rifiutano di riceverci o comunque fissare un appuntamento di persona. La loro risposta è stata di continuare a telefonare, che prima o poi qualcuno ci avrebbe risposto. Complimenti per la disponibilità. Sconsiglio!!
Non-existent service. After several attempts on different days and times, trying 3/4 numbers, staying 40 minutes on the phone, trying in vain to make an appointment with them, we decide to go in person, in the only afternoon opening among other things. We rang and no one opened us, only after knocking on a secondary door, with an angry air they came to open us. We tell them about our situation and they immediately ask us if we had an appointment, without letting us continue. After explaining that it was impossible to communicate with them on the phone for weeks, they refuse to see us or otherwise make an appointment in person. Their response was to keep calling, that sooner or later someone would answer us. Congratulations on availability. I do not recommend !!
